What to expect when your car is repaired in Long Beach

We think collision repairs should be simple and straightforward. It's no fun being in a car accident and making an insurance claim so we're here to simplify the process. It's best to make an appointment to drop your car off so we can make sure that one of our service advisers is available.

Warm Welcome - You'll be greeted with a smile and asked for a few basic details and about you and your car. From there we can write an estimate for you while you wait if it's a smaller repair and you want a price...or you can drop your car off for repairs if you have an insurance claim. We can organize for you to be picked up by a rental car company or we can give you a ride home if you live nearby.
Repair Plan - Once your vehicle is in the shop and we have it disassembled for repair we write a full repair plan and let you know the total cost of the repair along with the target date for completion of your repair.
Consistent Updates - We love talking to our customers! We'll let you know how your vehicle is progressing through the shop and as we approach the target date, we'll let you know when it will be ready for pickup. If you prefer, we can text you or email you.
Vehicle Delivery - When your car is ready, we give it a wash inside and out. We think everyone appreciates a shiny clean car. We'll go over your repair with you and show you your car with a full final bill of everything that was repaired on your car. You'll drive away with a smile!
Lifetime Warranty - For piece of mind we cover all repairs with a lifetime warranty. Hopefully you won't need us again but if you do, we'll be here for you.
